A friend emailed this site, American Solidarity, done in Civicspace, as a possible model for The World We Want Portal. Check out the volunteer signup form, the citizenship toolkit, the regional pledge map and the donations. This is a grassroots org started by a labor activist.

I'll see if I can find out what something like this costs and whether it could be "Federated."
